Some new features...

The data sent for formatting is now cached, making the pastebin respond quite
a bit faster.

You can also now download anything pasted here in raw format (without having
to cut and paste it from the text box) by going to http://pastebin.ca/raw/XXXX
where XXXX is the ID number of the post you want to get. There is also a link
to it at the bottom of the formatted paste section.
