Topology:
PSTN E1 -> Asterisk_1 -> IAX TRUNK VIA INTERNET -> ASTERISK_2 -> H323 Gatekeeper/gateway

There will probably be a few boxes connecting to Asterisk_2 in this fashion for redundancy.

This will only be for termination through the E1, not origination.
