Question: I am using apt-prox..i installed etch in a lab of about 18 computers with no problems..we moved on to another lab and started installing .now during an install after the sources are successfully updated it runs tasksel and gives you a bunch of basic selections, desktop, webserver, printer server, database server, file server standard systemt and maybe one or two more options..

on some machines it gives me all the optiosn...about 7 of them..indiacting that it has found sources to all those options..

and on some machine it gives me only four options...
ie
Desktop system
Standard System
and couple others...

and when it gives me only four options....and i continue..it only donloads about 200+ packages...whereas if if tasksel lists all theselection options..it downloads 600+ p[ackages...
if i select DEsktop+print server+standard system.

this is indiacting to me that some machines are not properly finding the sources using apt-proxy.
i am using cd 1 from the weekly builds to start the installation. the cd is from last weeks set..there was a new weekly release today..
could that have anything to do with the problem?
