when installing po files (without -v) we have:
* installing /home/hughsie/gnome-power-manager-waf/_build_/default/po/bg.gmo as /home/hughsie/.root/share/locale/bg/LC_MESSAGES/gnome-power-manager.mo

maybe that should be (as we are aware of our prefix):
* installing po/bg.gmo
