He just mentioned it once, then she jumped off every time he'd even be on the same screen or say anything to her. LadyJade here is what I know her by. She claimed she was getting harassed over it, when all we were doing was trying to get people who had been using it to stop, so that we didn't have to do drastic measures. We patched it to keep it from happening, but if they had already done it, we couldn't do anything about it without editing their character data. They knew they were cheating, and that it wasn't supposed to happen, but they still tried to claim that it was perfectly legal, and that GMs are not meant to enforce rules, but be vending machines to give players whatever they darn well please. i c Well, I should say they started that movement, and there were a few other players that were into those ideas as well, which was a nightmare for our GMs. nightmare for me now :P And it pissed me off when they were trying to argue that no glitches should ever get fixed, and that we should be opening up more of them (!) And that since it was impossible to play the whole game from a starting character who had done no leveling, we didn't have things balanced, and should ruin things for the people who actually care about playing. They were saying that a level 15-20 should be able to take the mountain snake area, when we specifically have it tooled for level 60's for a group of 3-4 of them, or one 70-80 or so Ok doors, I locked down the channel now so that only people with voice can talk on it at the moment He was continuing to hijack the channel, even though me2 left Well, anyways, enough ranting on them. Thanks for letting me know who was doing it over there. :) you saw it i think i did nothing but wanting to talk Yeah, I've dealt with the same thing. ;) ;) BTW, we had a few players quit over that family willfully declining to fix themselves, and one of them was a developer. :( sad Still though, some of them were a bit unfair on me, as they wanted it resolved within 30 minutes or less of knowing about it, and it took me a month. Mostly cause I was told about it originally, and said "Yes, that's a problem, but please don't do it. I can get more bugs fixed by just upgrading the server than if I'm expected to do it myself." And it got out of control, so I started actually focusing on it for the last two weeks. Before that, we were specifically telling people that no, it was not ok.
