I have to take my misses to the hospital - and I can't find a programmer who is still up at this time - am having trouble getting a php programme to work at http://www.offsitedigital.co.uk/Digit2prodbuscards.htm - this should be easy to fix because there is another version of it identicle and working fine at http://www.offsitedigital.co.uk/dynamic

Basically I moved it from the dynamic folder and pasted it in a template at http://www.offsitedigital.co.uk/Digit2prodbuscards.htm but now the paths are not working and its not doing the passbacks - the following are problems;

1) It is only calculating and displaying prices from the radio buttons - if you enter other quantity, it doesn't work, still says total price £0.00
2) Whatever is placed in the order, doesn't go through the passback. When going through personal details to place order and pay with checkout, the personal details .php page doesn't show the details entered, summary of purchases or anything. The only thing that does pass to personaldetails.php on form completion is the image upload.

This should be real easy to fix - as I say, its working fine at http://www.offsitedigital.co.uk/dynamic/index.php no issues at all, so a look at the paths and/or my coding should spot the error, its bound to be simple.

Can someone please take a look and give me a proper way to do this task?
