iMGSRC ripper

What it does
------------

* Downloads all images from an album (no known bugs)
* Downloads all images from an album with a password (supply the password)
* Downloads all images from a user page, from all albums
* Creates one folder for each album when downloading multiple albums

* Support "foreword" albums. If the ripper detects a foreword-page, either
  from the user ripper or the album ripper, the actual album URL will be
  found and used instead. In other words, you don't have to worry about it.

How to use
----------

If you want to rip a full User, you supply the http://<b style="color:black;background-color:#ffff66">imgsrc.ru</b>/users/user URL.
If the albums have <b style="color:black;background-color:#a0ffff">passwords</b>, all the albums must have the SAME password, otherwise
you will have to rip them one at a time. (Sorry, no magic here.) You might also
run several passes with different <b style="color:black;background-color:#a0ffff">passwords</b> if the user e.g. only uses 3 <b style="color:black;background-color:#a0ffff">passwords</b>
total. Already downloaded files are skipped.

If you only want to rip a single album, copy the album url and supply the password.

If it stops working

Check if imgsrc is down. If it's up something might have changed in their
pages, so I'll have to fix it. Give me a private message and we'll work it out.
