[10:53:46 AM] <Dibby> BEFORE I took the rest of my meds.

[10:53:58 AM] <Dibby> I wasn't anxious
[10:54:02 AM] <Dibby> I was very calm
[10:54:11 AM] <Dibby> My heart was not beating fast
[10:54:14 AM] <Dibby> And
[10:54:19 AM] <Dibby> I looked up my med.
[10:54:21 AM] <Dibby> It said.
[10:54:31 AM] <Dibby> Doses over 1 mg should be used with precaution.
[10:54:36 AM] <Dibby> I'm on 2.
[10:55:00 AM] <Dibby> The slurred speech and impaired motor skills were because of that.
[10:55:17 AM] <Dibby> I know, because I also had an anxiety attack a half hour later.
[10:55:22 AM] <Dibby> With no slurred speech.
[10:55:29 AM] <Dibby> or loss of motor skills
[10:55:48 AM] <Dibby> I'm asking my psychiatrist to lower my dosage to .5 or 1
[10:55:54 AM] <Dibby> .5 for the safe side
[10:56:16 AM] <Dibby> He thought 2 would be safe, because of how badly I slept.
[10:56:17 AM] <Dibby> But.
[10:56:26 AM] <Dibby> I figured out another mystery.
[10:56:27 AM] <Dibby> Also
[10:56:32 AM] <Dibby> When I woke up this morning.
[10:56:38 AM] <Dibby> Slurred speech and stuff again
[10:56:45 AM] <Dibby> But, very brief episodes
[10:56:50 AM] <Dibby> I mean BRIEF
[10:56:58 AM] <Dibby> sometimes lasting only 2 seconds
[10:57:06 AM] <Dibby> (I woke up early)
[10:57:12 AM] <Dibby> It was probably still in my systme
[10:57:25 AM] <Dibby> I hate medicine.
[10:57:27 AM] <Dibby> I really do.
[10:57:35 AM] <Dibby> But I need some of it...
[10:57:59 AM] <Dibby> i.e., I have hypothyroidism
[10:58:05 AM] <Dibby> So I take meds for that
