Try resetting Task Manager settings to default:

Click Start>Run>Regedit
Goto the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows

NT\CurrentVersion\TaskManager

Delete the TaskManager key and restart Windows.

Any issue regarding missing taskmanager tabs, missing columns etc will be rectified to defaults.
