Dear Paul, Thank you for taking the time to mail us a letter outlining the problems you've had communicating with our company. It can be a very frustrating experience when prospective employers, or anyone for that matter, do not respond to your requests. I have also been in situations where my solicited request for a resume had gone unanswered. It's an awful position to be in. Without a doubt, we have not handled your inquiries very well. And in part, because if your letter, we are implementing changes now to ensure that all applicants will get a response in a timely fashion. We are currently accepting resumes for a QA analyst and will extend this courtesy to all hopeful candidates. After all, it is us who needs willing applicants as much as applicants who are looking for a career. There is probably no point in offering excuses as the damage has already been done. This is a very interesting time in Sayson's life cycle where business is growing rapidly, the technology is advancing quickly and with the recent change of office locations, it sometimes becomes a bit overwhelming. I am sorry to hear that you've come to a generalization with a North American mentality on the hiring process. Perhaps the cultural differences do extend to how companies govern themselves. Thank you for your interest in Sayson as a company and in its products. Good luck with your continued job search here in Vancouver. Regards, Paul Newton __________________________________________________ Paul Newton Sayson Technologies 210-1910 Quebec Street Vancouver BC V5T 4K1 p - 604.730.1842 x142 e - paul.newton@sayson.com
