Hey, folks. Congratulations on a great first almost-month! I'm really proud of how things have come together so far. I wanted to take a minute to note that I will be continuing the wonderful tradition of monthly fleet/department reports. I know that a few of you can't compile anything until after the 1st, so I'm setting the "due date" as September 4th. That gives you the 1st + the AWOL time to get them in. If anyone has any issues meeting that requirement, please let me know and I'd be more than happy to work something out - this goes for not only this month, but any of the next seven to come! I figure that some of you are scratching your heads trying to figure out just what you should say in your report this time around. For the sake of both Jack and I and the other command readers, it would be great if you could summarize some of your goals/plans for the department so we all know what to look forward to next month and the following months. This even goes for fleets if you have some sort of plan. As a reminder to FComms, I'm not requiring that you have a report from every CO/XO/GM. I'd much rather hear what you have to say about your fleet than read three identical reports about how cool a ship is. I'm looking forward to reading your reports and to a great seven more months!
