[Fix] Large Satchel of Spoils

Large Satchel of Spoils(43346) that drops from Sartharion in Heroic mode does not contain any Emblem of Valor.

There no need to put it in groupid=1 when it's by itself.
AFAIK that doesn't hurt anything, but it's not helping anything either.
Also, this should have been posted in "Loot Bugs" since it's a loot-table update.

The part I'm posting, however belongs in "Item Bugs" where you made this post.
