Jack and I ran on a platform of *clear* communication, which is exactly why I requested that this remain in e-mail, instead of here in Command. I have (and have received) chat logs that indicated Andy's acceptance of the edict "package" deal, but as you can see, there was apparently a miscommunication in that, which is something that needs to be resolved. The appropriate place for Andy, Jack, Brian, and I to discuss that is not in Command.

I appreciate your concern and I can assure you that the matter is well on its way to being resolved. Andy and I have already come up with steps that can be taken in the future to avoid such a miscommunication occurring again.
