Don't know if this will help you help me figure it out, but here's what I'm
seeing in the log:

connecting to 69.72.158.34:21
Connected to 69.72.158.34 port 21
[196] from 192.168.1.102 port 1690

My outbound port changes each time I try to connect. So, it's not always
port 1690.
Also, when I cancel and try again, I get:

! Receive error: Blocking call cancelled
