Dear Moparisthebest,

It is to my understanding that you are the owner/operator of moparisthebest.com and moparscape.org. Recently, on your website I was banned with this error:

Sorry lesterknome, you are banned from using this forum!
Admitted to being under 13. It is a rule of these forums that you are over 13.

    I am currently 12 years old ( 1/19/1997 ) and I have joined January 04, 2008, 05:00:36 pm.

Correct me if I am wrong, but in COPPA it states in SEC. 1303.,

"to obtain verifiable parental consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information from children;"

This said, could it be possible If I have my parents somehow send you approval of me being on your website the ban could be removed.

Thanks,
Lesterknome
