To setup a working telepathy-qt using ubuntu edgy qt4 (version ~svn20060818-0ubuntu4) packages:
- install qt4 kdecopy development files
  $ sudo apt-get install libqt4-debug-dev-kdecopy qt4-dev-tools-kdecopy cmake
- grab telepathy-qt from svn
  $ svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tapioca-voip/trunk/telepathy-qt
- cd into telepathy-qt dir
  $ cd telepathy-qt
- grab ubuntu packaging files for telepathy-qt
  $ bzr branch http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~telepathy/telepathy-qt/ubuntu
- apply the patches on telepathy-qt
  $ patch -p0 < ubuntu/patches/01-qtdbus-debug.patch
  $ patch -p0 < ubuntu/patches/02-qtdbus-outdated.patch
- cmake .
- make
- have fun :)
