      • Responsible for setting up and maintained several training rooms with PC's, network and internet access, and made sure they were equipped with the latest Microsoft updates as well as the latest anti-virus definitions. 

      • Installed, repaired, maintain computers, printers, and monitors under contract warranty for various clients. Collected, fixed, and used different types of computers: x86 PC's desktop, laptops, rack servers supporting Macs and SGI MIPS based workstation (like the Indy and Indigo 2, Sun Sparc Stations and Ultras, plus other types of hardware.) 

      • Direct hands-on experience on PC component level replacement as well as loading and configuring Windows 95, 98, 2K, XP, 2k3, and NT4 operating system inclusive of all necessary peripherals.  Experienced in re-storing users' data from their failed hard drives. 

      • Performed LANs, VPNs and WANs installation, configuration, and management of client's office locations. Diagnose application errors and network connectivity problems and implement solutions. Setup Windows 2003 Domain Controller. Knowledgeable in the operations of NTFS ACLs and users/groups work accounts.  

      • Familiar with the operations of multiple Operating Systems Windows NT family, 9X family, Linux distrobutions. Focusing on CentOS 4, Pfsense freeBSD based router Distrobution, Skyos Beta tester, and openVMS abit, and Solaris work station.
