Dear support,

I have tested that this is not done as of Tuesday, October 17.  That is
eight days after I received the email quoted below telling me you are
aware of my request.

I need these ports open to do classwork for my computer science degree.
I am CC:ing Dr. Scott Smith, the comp. sci. chair, so he is aware that
this is taking so long.  It should be a simple change to enable these ports.

I may have not explained adequately before that access to these ports is
necessary for doing computer science classwork on the standard wireless
network.  I know that IT@JH is committed to supporting the education
mission of the Engineering school, so I look forward to this change
being enacted within a few days.

If you have any questions, please reply to all in case Dr. Smith can
answer better.  Thanks!
