USER’S MANUAL

Last week when I was in Indianapolis, I purchased the “Fingertip Geography software package” from your store.  Today, when I tried to use the software, I found that a user’s manual was not included.

Please send a copy of the manual as soon as possible so that I will be able to install the software and start using it.  I’ve enclosed a copy of the receipt that contains the IDENTIFICATION numbers for the software.
