well d4rkstar :) the documentation is light for this item so first step, you need to authorize the urlauto in your client configuration, functions, and sheets allow the urlauto reconnect your client after this change next step is on the web interface go to server cti in sheet, actions you have by default 3 configs for example, click on the dial configuration and go to actions add new configuration for title, i think it's not important, so urlauto is ok, for the second, this is the type, you need to add urlauto and after the can set the url you want your browser open like : http://www.google.fr/search?q={xivo-calleridnum} ok i tested for you the first you don't need, the second, is urlauto, the third is blank too and you can field the fourth with http://www.google.fr/search?q={xivo-calleridnum} it's working for me with xivo 1.2.2 ok there's a way to have different configuration each based on the incoming queue ? yes you have example with the queue too restart your cti server after the changes i'm not sure if it necessary now but ... :) ok... i read that from the french documentation it seems that the cti server restart is needed ok quintana, do you run some callcenter based on xivo? i have tested with the tcp connexion too and the configuration is the same nc.traditional -l -p 4545 var1=42306 the fourth field is tcp://127.0.0.1:4545/?var1={xivo-calleridnum} with urlauto too d4rkstar, yes but we have no experiences with xivo 1.2 because it's a very new release it seems to be almost quite stable the cti client is compiling fine on linux / win and osx yes the 1.2.2 is very good and no crash until now there is a very good job from the team many test and many many bugfix yes a great project i was developing a similar software solution but callcenter is 1.2 is not the priority for the moment great d4rkstar :) then find xivo :D maybe you can plug it on xivo ?
