Hi, I need to dial a SIP Address (122333@202.154.233.155) from my Asterisk.... but when I do so , I get a warning... -- Called 122333@202.154.233.155 Sep 2 10:09:39 WARNING[2299]: chan_sip.c:8528 handle_response: Forbidden - wrong password on authentication for INVITE to '"02087926260" ;tag=as428cfc69' -- SIP/202.154.233.155-0dfb is circuit-busy == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0) It doesnt mean that circuit is really busy ... but when I let a Carrier know to dial this SIP Address...then carrier can...but not me ...why????
