Telephone Company , called to inform that there was no dial tone on the loop .
Informed the tester that its a straight copper loop and we do not have dial tone on this .

Asked the tester to call the C.O to check the circuit .
The tester said that there is a trouble at the covad cage and wanted me to speak to her manager.
Spoke to Dave and informed him that we cannot open an internal ticket without testing the circuit at the CFA.

the tester informed that there is no block at the CFA and there is no covad equipment connected to the circuit on this and they want a covad engineer to check the issue .

Informed the tester that we will make in a note and escalate the issue to the lead .

We will update the logs Accordingly.
