** Filesharing is not allowed through FServes. DCC User-to-user is fine.

** No pestering staff for Network or Channel status. This includes O:Lines and Channel Operators. Register your own channel 

if you want +oq.

** Do not Private Message any Staff member without first being asked.

** VHosts are only given under special circumstances. Enquire about them in #SUPPORT.

** #SUPPORT is -NOT- a chat channel. Ask a question IN THE CHANNEL and an available staff member will message you privately.

** Harrassment will NOT be tolerated. If you are being harrassed, please notify Kefkain #SUPPORT. Harrassers will be 

disconnected.

** Bots are allowed, but Spambots, Warbots,and the like are NOT allowed. A Z:Line will be put in effect immediately.

** No spamming whatsoever in ANY channel. You will be kicked from the channel, or forced to disconnect in extreme cases.
** If you have trouble and are not helped in #SUPPORT, type /CTCP unKefka Help.

** Services abuse such as password stealing will not be tolerated and should be reported to a staff member.
