Quest Guide for Monkey Madness written by Athaame.

Requirements:

• Completed The Grand Tree Quest
• Completed the Tree Gnome Village Quest
• Must be able to kill a level 195 demon (level 43 prayer is recommended if you are going to melee him, but there are safe spots to range/mage from)

Items:

• Monkey Bones
• Ball of Wool
• Gold Bar
• Plenty of food, weapons/armour to kill the demon
• Prayer potions if you have 43+ prayer
• Either a Ring of Duelling or an Amulet of Glory to teleport

Rewards:

• 3 Quest Points
• 3 Diamonds
• Strength, Hitpoints, Attack and Defence experience. 35k in two of the skills and 20k in the other two.

Guide:

1. Travel to the Grand Tree and speak to King Narnode Shareen to begin the quest. He asks you to deliver a seal to the King's Royal Guard.
2. Go up the ladders to the top floor of the Grand Tree and take the Gnome Glider to Karamja. Head north to the shipyard and speak to G.L.O Caranock.
3. Take the Gnome Glider back to the Grand Tree, and talk to King Narnode Shareen about what G.L.O Caranock told you.
4. Go up to the second floor and withdraw food, antipoison potions, decent armour and a few prayer potions.
5. Head east until you see Daero. (Note: If you don't want to attempt the puzzle, you can bring 200k with you now and pay to have it done for you). Talk to him and he will blindfold you and take you to the Glider Hangar. Speak to Daero and he will tell you the Gliders are folded because they are locked with a code.
6. If you want to complete the puzzle, use the Reinitialisation Panel down the East side of the room. If you are going to pay 200k to have it done for you, talk to Daero to leave the hanger, head down to the first floor of the Grand Tree, out the doors and south down the path to Glough's house. Talk to him and he will do it for you.
7. Once you have finished the puzzle, talk to Waydar to fly to Crash Island. Talk to Lumdo there, and he will say he won't sail you to Ape Atoll. Talk to Waydar and he will convince him to.
8. Run West and around the bottom of the cliff ledge, which will lead up North. As it turns North you will be shot down by Monkey Archers, so turn on protect from ranged if you can use it before heading North. Their arrows will knock you out and you will end up in prison!
9. When the Guard switches with his parter, pick the lock on your jail door and run out. If they catch you, they'll throw you back in jail. Just keep watching them until you can time it correctly.
10. Once you are out, run around the back of the building and hide in the grass. There may be some low level scorpions in the grass that will attack you, but they shouldn't be much of a problem.
