Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the new owner of 31 Bales Ave. Suite 2002 and have noticed a couple of 
issues in the unit. The unit was previously unoccupied.

1- The hot/cold water to the main bathrooms bathtub are reversed (hot is  
   cold and cold is hot)

2- The hold/cold water to the washing machine are reversed (hot is cold and 
   cold is hot)

3- The bathroom fan controlls seem to have some issues. When you turn one on 
   they both come on, or you sometimes have to turn both on to turn them on.
   
4- The external patio door sticks and is very difficult to open.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could stop by the unit and help us resolve
