To Whom It May Concern: My name is Tyler Duzan, and I have been going by the nickname Tristor online and in person since 1999. I own the domain tristor.name, and am well known online in several gaming communities and in the Mozilla community by that name. While trying to register for the XFire service under the nickname tristor, I found that it had been taken by somebody else. Further investigation revealed that the profile appears to be unused. The current profile-holder has not played any games registered in the XFire database and has no stats listed, but does have 2 friends listed. One of those friends appears to be for testing the ability to add a friend to your profile. I realize that your organization does not commonly interfere in what nicknames people may or may not have, but I kindly request that the nickname tristor be released to me, since the current nameholder on your site is not using the profile. I don't believe its release would harm the person currently registered under it, and it would benefit me greatly. I do plan on using your service, so it would also benefit you. Thank you for your time, Tyler "Tristor" Duzan
