MPC.3: Pressing the Play/Pause button while no track is playing should play the current track.

o	Play/Pause button is clicked.
•	Input State/Configuration:
o	Currently active track is not playing or paused.
o	One or more tracks in the Playlist.
•	Expected Result:
o	Currently active track is played.
