I have video files of lengths, say 60 90 120 seconds.  I want to add them
( 270) and get say 6 chapters  ( 0,45,90,135,180,225) then find out what the 
chapter points for each video are. ( 0,45 30,75  30,75 )
If I can figure out this small math problem I think I can handle the rest.
