Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the position of Game Master (English), as advertised on your website and enclose my résumé as requested.

I feel this position would be ideal for me given my passion for computer gaming and in particular World of Warcraft, which I have played since its release. I consider myself to have an excellent knowledge about all aspects of the game. Also I have extensive experience using community tools e.g. IRC and Web Forums from community based activities.

You will see from my résumé that I have experience working independently and as part of a team during my University course. These projects demanded accuracy and attention to detail, while working primarily autonomously from the teaching staff.

I believe I have the energy, skills and enthusiasm to make a valuable contribution to Blizzard’s customer support and I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
		Benjamin Hill
