After a reboot, Tuner0 shows only static... To fix it:

/etc/init.d/mythtv-backend stop
mythtv-setup > input connections > tuner 0
	clear "External channel change command" field
	clear "Preset tuner to channel" field
	set "Starting channel" to 3
/etc/init.d/mythtv-backend start

Now we have a picture but of course, cannot change channels. So, we set things back again:

/etc/init.d/mythtv-backend stop
mythtv-setup > input connections > tuner 0
	set the "External channel change command" field to /usr/local/bin/changechannel hide box_type D10-100 setup_channel
	set "Preset tuner to channel" field to 3
/etc/init.d/mythtv-backend start

Now everything works great (including changing channels)... until the next reboot. :-(
