I am explained: I know ZoliveR (a former member of your group) and at the time or it was in my team (it also left), we had the right to know this information, just like the other administrators of the other international communities for phpBB.

That enables us to prepare the translation (if there needs some) of the future distribution.

For example, the phpBB version 2.0.18 at summer for us a surprise, and we have to wait 2 days to be able to distribute it (after checking + French translation).

We had these advertisements ahead public first compared to the advertisements at the time of PsoTFX.
