Stephen, It would literally be an honour to be apart of the Support Think Tank. When I was a newer member to InvisionFree Support in 2005, I looked solely to the support board for all of my questions and answers. I could not think of a community that was more ready to help both me and the rest of the members requesting support. (I still cannot today.) Now, as an experienced user of the service I feel that it is my turn to be the one helping people, and that's exactly what I have been doing. Giving support for InvisionFree has slipped it's way into being one of my favourite pastimes. If I was selected to be apart of the STT, some of the things I might suggest would be: * Updated 'Forum Rules' to include a section asking members to not post their requests for codes on this forum, but the Code Requests forum instead. * A team of members chosen by the IF Staff whose job is exclusively giving support on the forums. (Not including support tickets, or being apart of the Documentation Team. Those groups work hard enough as it is. This would allow the 'solved' thread tags to be played more often, allowing other members to get support more quickly.) * Somehow spreading the word more often about the 'Your Guide To: Giving/Getting Support.' There have been many times where a member has said "Do this --> ACP>MANAGE FORUMS>EDIT WRAPPER." Not only is this annoying, but I think it's 100% avoidable. Those are just a few of the ideas I've had stored away in my head for a while. I'm fully prepared to think up new and innovative ideas! I'm an active IF Support member who loves the community and most of all, loves giving support. For your convenience, I've added some links below with some of the examples of me helping others on the General Support board. Example 1 Example 2 Example 3 Example 4 Thank you for your time,
