The less cryptic way of telling me would be “all ‘.net’ email addresses do not work”

READ THE EMAIL, Gloria can not send to .net email addresses.  This means anyone with an email address ending in .net can not receive an email from Gloria.  SO, her whole team is not able to receive emails from her.  You can start diagnosing with her team.
