I have had virtually every 899 problem go through me with every customer on
the planet.  I have never heard of this type of problem with the DVB-S mode.
It is 99.99% sure that there is something specific to your application (or
something funny on a satellite).

In my view it is not ST's reference design nor is it the version 3.8
software.

This will have to be discussed through (debugged) in detail with Olivier.
