You the lucky recipient of my goonerocity! haha, i'm sorry, i know thats lame, but when I saw that you posted i think my heart skipped about 5 beats, it really just made my day.
I know its really early but i am sure you will be getting no shortage of valentines cards, so i wanted to get mine in early so i could "stand out from the crowd". if you like it you might get another surprise on valentines day :)
I first saw you post in the newbie adoption thread, and immediately i knew that i was in love (haha, j/k), but seriously you seemed awesome and down to earth, and i was just so mad that that someone snatched you up before i could :). 'c'est la vie' i guess. also, im sure you get this all the time, but british accents are so freaking cute, and your awfulyearbook pictures..... just wow. to top things off, i'm also in the DC area (i got to school at university of maryland, college park), and i dont want to be too forward but i always love meeting cool new people (who doesnt?) so maybe we could end up hanging out some time, but thats just food for thought.
As for me, I mostly post in BYOB, which I know wasnt one of the forums you listed but I think you would love it there. I would be more than happy "to show you the ropes" so to speak, but really i dont even think that thats necessary because byob is a really awesome place and they accept pretty much anyone. lol, actually the only problem is that they might like you a little _too_ much, they have a habit of weirding out really pretty girls a bit but its no biggie if you dont let it get to you. :P
Anyways, I thought that spending a lot of money would be weird and i'm not artistic at all, so I made due as best I could with the gifts... I hope you enjoy them.
