Due to recent events, we will now have formal rules in the Pooper which will indeed by enforced.

Let us first recall what the section description reads and try to explain it a little better:

• Useless/mindless threads
  This is a reference to threads that we [the staff] move here from other sections of the forum. It does not mean that you should make threads such as “[Title] Poop; [Body] Discuss” or any other threads consisting of pure randomness and pretty much no content to discuss at all. Good “useless” threads refer to threads such as "Your daily monster", which might not have much to discuss in other areas of the forum, but actually contain content, making it appropriate for the Pooper.
  
  
• Don't create new topics here to spam nor be an idiot
  This goes hand in hand with the first point. Sure, most of the threads here are spam compared to the other sections, but if they have something to really discuss, real content, then that’s fine here, even if it was junk in the other sections. This does not mean that you should make random threads about ridiculously idiotic topics, such as having the title to be some obscure word(s), and then telling us to discuss, or having just a mere few words in the thread body that we could care less for. Yes, this is very vague, but this is the pooper after all. It is impossible to explain what does and does not belong since threads can vary so much. Basically, make sure it has real content, something to really discuss, or a real game to play.
  
  
• Word games or selfish topics
  To go along with the first two points, games are certainly allowed, as are threads like the “it’s a lion, get in a car!” We’re not against fun; we’re against pure stupidity and idiotic posts of nothingness. Selfish topics can be things along the lines of how it’s your birthday today, or how you’re happy that you just got accepted to this or that, not idiotic things like that you just pooped an hour ago. Threads such as how you found a certain video/image/discussion funny and want to share it with others are all right as well. Games such as “whoever posts last in all the threads on the first page” which promote endless spamming are also not allowed.
  
  
• All rules still apply
  Self-explanatory. We’re more lax when it comes to spam, double posting, and necroposting, but doing so when it’s incredibly stupid and contributes nothing is still warnable. This includes “first post” posts, and bumping threads in order to make the main page multi-colored.

As for some other rules

• You are allowed to make only 2 threads a day (every 24 hours).
  This is in order to cut back on those nasty "[Person] is a [adjective/noun]" threads and the such.
  
  
• Fan clubs, fan threads, person A > person B, person A is a [x], etc
  Each person gets one thread for them and one thread only. Granted, these threads may die after a while. There should only be one thread every month, at most. Attention whoring is looked down upon, and gets pretty annoying after a while, even if it isn't the subject person making their own thread.
  
  
• Memes
  Limit your use of memes. Don’t know what a meme is? Basically, it’s a trend or catchphrase. After a while, these memes start to get pretty annoying, especially when they really don’t relate to anything in the thread at all. Limit your use.

These rules of what can and cannot be posted are vague indeed. Because of that, the modding around here, including the closure of threads and distribution of warns will be to the discretion of each mod. Anything that has not mentioned will be judged by whichever mod gets to it, and if it becomes a major problem, will be updated into this list. The former things discussed are only a very brief overview, so think before you post. That’s right, a little bit of intelligence is still needed here. Do not disregard all of your intelligence (if any).

Remember that the Pooper Scooper is a privilege, not a right. Failure to abide by these rules and to continue spamming and making idiotic threads will result in the removal of the section. Remember this before you post/make a thread.

It's for people like.. Fanta.. who need to make like 8 threads a day to tell us about every small little thing she did that day (like buy laxatives). Just an example

I almost didn't notice this thread... I never read pinned topics in this section, since there are so many of them. Can a mod unpin some of them? Just asking. 'Cause there's waaaay too many of them, and I don't think people even post in them that much anymore.

Anyway, most of these rules don't apply to me, since I [almost] never make threads.

Thanks a lot Congee, you just can't believe how I am tired of people making up to 10 threads in each days, start to begin to be annoying and when I point it out, it end up with a "If you don't like it, don't post".

Thoses rules sure don't spoil the fun, Pooper became more strict now...I guess it's a good thing, sort of.

It's good how you limit the fanclub thread, I am also tired of Litomage(I believe that thoses are made by LitoMageFan) and Fanta fanclub, 1 thread seems to be good, 2 threads is still okay, 3 threads is acceptable, but 4 threads is begin to be annoying.

Let just get ourselves into this, if any of you lurked in every others sections of Sleepywood daily, you will be happy that Pooper is the most tolerant section ever.

After all, people have no ideas about what is warnable in Pooper, I can say that this will make them be more careful about how they post.

Theses rules are easy to respect and are completely nothing compared to the IDK...

Yeah, it can be really annoying when 40% of the threads are made have your name written in.

Before, each time that I came here, I have over 5 fanclubs threads on the first page. You can't believe how hard it was to find a good "useless" thread.

Blah, I don't know about you, but I am used to post in others sections of this forum, including the strict one like IDK, I think that I have experience about how to post by respecting the rules.
