    * You are chatting with Tom, an Apple Expert

    *

Hi, my name is Tom. How may I help you today?
    *

      Tom: Hi! How are you?
    *

You: I'm doing quite well, you?
    *

      Tom: Great!
    *

Tom: Would you like help with your shopping?
    *

You: Yes! I was just talking to another customer service rep, and I suppose there was something that went horrid in the connection.
    *

You: So, I'm sure you could help!
    *

You: I'm a highschool student, with limited funding, and I would like to know which laptop and desktop would be good for me.
    *

Tom: I f you want I could transfer you to them
    *

You: No worries, I'm fine here, as I can't risk my ISP sending me on another hurdle.
    *

Tom: Well the MacBook for portable and iMac for desktop.
    *

You: I do rather intensive graphics work, and I would like something that has power, but won't break my funding. I'm looking for a product that won't slow down my work, or any quality loss when working with multiple applications at once.
    *

You: Would you still reccomend those two?
    *

Tom: Well the 24" iMac with upgraded RAM and graphics card would still be good but the portable you would require the MacBook Pro.
    *

You: Is there a large difference between the MacBook and MacBook pro?
    *

Tom: Yes the processor speed and amount of RAM plus the Pro has its own graphics card with memory and the MacBook has an integrated graphics card on the logic board that uses RAM for its memory.
    *

You: Well, It sounds like it's worth it. Er, I have a question involving employment, where would I seek an application, or an area of location in order to work for online customer support?
    *

      Tom: jobs.apple.com
    *

Tom: May I help with any other product or order questions before you proceed?
    *

You: And one more before I take my leave, are any mainsteam 3D modeling applications availible for mac?
    *

      Tom: Blender and Maya
    *

You: It sounds great then! And the macbook would easily be able to use Maya to it's fullest extent?
    *

      You: MacBook Pro, rather
    *

      Tom: MacBook Pro, Yes
    *

You: What about gaming, I know there aren't very many games for mac, but what big titles could I expect to play?
    *

Tom: Have no idea as I don't play games, you could go to our support page and select Discussions, then ask that question on there.
    *

You: Alright! Thanks very much for your help, I'll be purchasing a MacBook Pro very shortly! Then the iMac after that. Have a nice evening!
