Bullshit actually.
Is it so hard to put up lvl 1 disruptor turrets and lvl 1 deflection shields?
Just to mention it, I'm building 3 planetary rings at the moment in the middle of the war.
Sure I had to leave some research and ship building for it but its worth the cost.
