(21:22:11) Lotho Foxburr: I capture it live off of my coxail cable.  Then I do a bit of encoding.  Finnally I split them into 100MB archives and upload them.

(21:24:43) Lotho Foxburr: First you will need to buy a TV tuner card to do the capture.  Then you can edit it or change the file type with a encoder.  I use Windows Movie Maker.  
(21:24:58) Lotho Foxburr: Then simply split the file using WinRAR.
(21:25:24) Lotho Foxburr: The hardest part would be that actual capture though.

(21:27:05) Lotho Foxburr: Depending on the card you have.  It took me a few hours to get the whole setup working like I wanted it to.
