As stated in FHS 2.3 (latest) the Purpose of /srv is: "/srv contains site-specific data which is served by this system.  contains site-specific data which is served by this system."

Therefore IMHO it would only make sence to move /tftpboot to /srv/tftp or /srv/tftpboot .
