The file jclips.dll only works on Windows.

For UNIX/Linux, there are many different distributions/versions that I cannot
provide a single DLL that will work on all versions. So, if you want to use
JClips on UNIX, you have to compile your own DLL from the sources. You can
download the shared library source from the web site
(http://www.few.vu.nl/~mrmenken/jclips/download/jclips-library-src.zip) and
compile it yourself, using a C compiler.
