Find the value of x and y that satisfies the matrix equations


x[ 1  -2 ] + y[ 3  -5 ] = [ 1 -1 ]  
 [ -1  0 ]    [-2  -1 ]   [ 0 -1 ]


How do i do that ?
i started with writing the equations like:

x + 3y = 1
-2x -5y = -1    
.....


what do i do next ?
