The problem that you are having at this time, is related to the DNS entry you have associated with exeter.wrl.org.  If you affix the entry with an in-addr.arpa address, as well as a matching pointer in the reverse to exeter.wrl.org, your problems should be resolved.  Since this is a matter of a zone update within your (or your organization) authority, no associate or their affiliates within Rutgers have the capability to resolve this issue.
