*        5-6 years overall experience out of which 4+ years in development experience for Microsoft .Net Technologies (VB.Net, ASP.Net C#, ADO.Net).
*        Experience Required working with SQL 2000/2005
*        Should have sufficient experience working with XML and 3rd Party API's
*        Experience managing team for four (3) years or more where at least one project had 8 or more team members.
*        Experience developing project plans and reporting project status.
*        Strong Technical Documentation skills
*        Proposal review, compiling project master, time and cost estimation, statement of work, delivery.
*        Ability to identify and hire good resources.
*        Define project team organization, allocate and monitor tasks to team members,
*        Perform weekly reviews.
*        Travel as needed.
