Starting off,
   I have been Using a 3rd party program for about a year and a half now. I have never had any problems with it, nor hearing about any.

   About 2-3 months ago, jagex intruced a rule change to rule #7 banning "All" 3rd party programs.

That same day, there was a riot, and the creator of one such program contacted jagex, and had the problem resolved, and had new guidlines for 3rd party programs relased.

These guidlines came into effect, and the creators of these programs got hard to work to make them complient. most of them did.

Now, jagex make a change to the rule again, this rule is about how the programs gather data. I can understand bandwith problems, but there are simpler less agrivating ways to go about this. But does jagex care, no.

As a paying customer, i belive i should be aloud to play there game anyway i please, but no. Most 3rd party programs do not give unfair advantges, the one i use doesnt. Now because of this stupid rule change, 3rd party programs are basicly a webbrower, no more world switching.

~ express are opion with out the risk of being banned ( o wait, we never could. )

1-2 months ago, Jagex offered us a group chat option in game, i have not seen anything come of this, nor are we being updated on this.

Also, i think it would be 9-12 months ago, i saw a post somewhere saying we would get more clan suport, this never happoned.

I dont know about anyone else, but is jagex lying to us, and slowly getting rid of the ways to play rs. Soon are they going to ban all webbrowers and relase a very bad version of there own? im not sure, but knowing jagex, we better all look for internet explorer version jagex edtion.
