+We can restore any file which was on the system between the hours of 7 PM and 7 AM any night of the month prior to the restore request; 
+If you are requesting files from more than a month ago, we can restore anything which existed on the system for a whole weekend anytime within the past 6 months. 
+We usually cannot restore files which were created and then lost on the same day! 
+We usually cannot restore data from more than 6 months in the past! 
+We can restore <1 gb of files within 1 day of the restoration request 
+If you want to restore a small amount of files (less than 500mb) which existed on \\goodmachine any night within the past 7 days, this can usually be completed within 4 hours of the request. 
+We can restore 1-5 gb of files within 4 days of the request 
+We can restore >5 gb of files within 2 weeks of the request. 
+The above parameters assume normal workload. Of course, during a sitewide disaster (earthquake, flood, fire, etc) we will be bombarded with restoration requests and will prioritize restore jobs accordingly.
