I tryed to enable AMR support.and according amr.c i did this steps : 
1.download from http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/archive/26_series/26.104/26104-510.zip
2.download from http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/archive/26_series/26.073/26073-510.zip
3.extract content of 26073-510_ANSI-C_source_code.zip in libavcodec/amr_loat
4.extract content of 26104-510_ANSI_C_source_code.zip in libavcodec/amr
5.run ./configure --enable-libmp3lame --enable-amr-nb-fixed
6.make
7.make install

And now when i call ffmpeg says : ffmpeg: error while loading shared libraries: libavutil.so.49: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
