LIBBS TODO: 
- add a inotify system to the libbs core and replace kdirwatch (kconfig backend) with it and add it to the ini backend (I will do during the next days) (maybe a fallback reload signal system for other arch's)
- ask maniac to move the ini system to core for general settings and import/export and base the ini backend on it
- port the conflict system from libberylsettings and add a circularity test to it

- fix compiz internal rule checker
