then i edit 
bash-2.05# vi /etc/dfs/dfstab
and add the following command to it 
share -F nfs -o ro,anon=0 -d /install_dir_path
NFS is running

the i did #shareall
after that i tried to add client with command 
bash-2.05# pwd
/sun10/Solaris_10/Tools
bash-2.05# ./add_install_client -d -e 0:3:ba:8b:f9:86
Adding "share -F nfs -o ro,anon=0 /sun10/Solaris_10/Tools/Boot" to /etc/dfs/dfstab

To disable 0:3:ba:8b:f9:86 in the DHCP server,
  remove the entry with Client ID 010003BA8BF986

and add a macro to the server named 010003BA8BF986,
containing the following option values:

  Install server      (SinstNM)  : rndwks3
  Install server IP   (SinstIP4) : 172.16.4.72
  Install server path (SinstPTH) : /sun10
  Root server name    (SrootNM)  : rndwks3
  Root server IP      (SrootIP4) : 172.16.4.72
