I have a problem installing phpmyadmin, when i emerge it, it says:

Later I checkout all posts about this problem and i found this:

Did you emerge php after adding ctype to your USE flags? You probably
> need to do "emerge -uavDN world".
Yep, it was... I forgot to add -N ... 

So I did that and this is the final error message:
